This presentation is appropriate for both newly admitted and experienced attorneys. Members are required to retain the certificates distributed at the luncheon as proof of their attnedance and the number of hours completed for their biennial attorney registration renewal.
FINANCIAL HARDSHIP POLICY: CNYBBA, Inc. will consider applications for full or partial waiver of course registration fees for solo practitioners or attorneys whose firms do not reimburse CLE expenditures. Please submit a brief statement to the Board President as to the nature of the financial hardship. The application will be considered upon the following guidelines: excessive obligations to income, a recent illness or injury that impacts financial status, educational status, lowe income and the amount of applicant’s pro bono legal activities.
