CNYBBA, Inc. is an accredited New York State Continuing Legal Education Provider and attendance certificates will be distributed after the presentation. This presentation is appropriate for both newly admitted and experienced attorneys. Members are required to retain the certificates distributed at the luncheon as proof of their attendance and the number of hours completed for their biennial attorney registration renewal.

FINANCIAL HARDSHIP POLICY: CNYBBA will consider applications for full or partial waiver of course registration fees for solo practitioners or attorneys whose firms do not reimburse CLE expenditures. Please submit a brief statement to the Board President as to the nature of the financial hardship. The application will be considered upon the following guidelines: excessive obligations to income, a recent illness or injury that impacts financial status, educational status, low income and the amount of applicant's pro bono legal activities.

If you are not currently a member, but wish to joing, please include your membership dues of $35.00 and pay the member rate for the luncheon.
